As advocates for our client’s financial security, we build relationships with our clients by conducting thorough fact-finding to understand their dreams while engaging in courageous conversations to ensure that our clients are taking the necessary steps to position themselves to leave a legacy aligned with their desires.  Our comprehensive planning process has allowed us to build our reputation as a first class financial security firm.

Our advisors are successful by building an integrated practice using a planning platform to create financial security for their clients.  Our associates take personal responsibility for continuing to grow both personally and professionally.   We provide the opportunity for growth of financial representatives, leaders, and our staff through a well developed initial and ongoing training program, mentoring, creation of personal development plans, and driving accountability and follow-through. We also continue to expand our knowledge and expertise through continuing education, and obtaining professional designations and certifications.  Because of our commitment to excellence in delivering financial security and developing people, our clients and associates proudly recommend us to their family and friends.

This strong referral culture allows us to recruit the highest level of individual.  We exercise courage by making conscious decisions to embrace diversity and inclusion in an effort to align closer to our marketplace which has created a competitive advantage for us and has allowed us to further strengthen our brand. We believe so strongly in doing the right thing that compliance is also viewed to be a competitive advantage, attracting only the best to join our firm.

The leadership lifestyle and our leadership development program are attractive within the Meeks Financial Group.   Our leadership is aligned to hold people accountable to high expectations by being role models of success and a team of advisors that cares about each other.  Leaders in our organization help fuel growth of our associates by providing appropriate challenge and engaging in courageous conversations to bring out the best in each individual.  Our expectations are designed with the purpose of helping each person become the very best they can be.  We are committed to this challenging yet rewarding environment where excellence is rewarded, fun is encouraged and mediocrity is not tolerated.

We believe it is the organization’s responsibility to provide a place for each person to perform at their highest ability and at the same time it’s the personal responsibility of each member of the organization to be committed to growth and achieving at their highest capability.

Our office space reflects who we are: current, thriving, refreshing and full of energy.    We make investments to improve our office space, when needed, to ensure that our environment reflects the atmosphere and locations required to attract our target clients.

With this performance of excellence comes financial success with which we give back to our community not only financially but by contributing thousands of hours as board members, volunteers and contributors to charitable and non-profit organizations.  We are actively involved in and dedicated to the communities we serve.
